***To find out which clinics are being offered, please go to the home page:

-Click on "Clinics"

-Click on "Clinics Sign-up"

-A calendar will pop up and wherever it lists "Clinic and Fun Jump" are the types of clinics we are offering.

-Click on the clinic that you are interested in registering for and then you will fill out the Registration form.

-We will auto draft the cost of the clinic when we are in our software to see that we have a new registration. Then you will get confirmation.

-As you are registering, please read thoroughly our policies.
